This Arts & Crafts bungalow was built in 1912, and while in amazing shape for it's age, it needed some work to return it to it's full glory. A local builder known for their craftsmanship and attention to detail called LineScapes for help. A modest kitchen addition off the rear, a rework of the front porch and steps with the addition of a front portico, and a cozy window seat and new patio off the side come together to turn a tired house into an award-winning show stopper!

After the renovation it was nominated for Heritage Landmark status to help preserve the architecture for the next 100 years.
