At only 956 finished square feet, this house was just too small for the owners. However they love the location with it's walkable neighborhood and off-street parking in detached garages. LineScapes designed a home that would fit nicely on the lot by only adding 127 square feet to the footprint, but also added an upper floor which brought the total overall square footage to 3,535.
