The existing house was in such poor shape (structural issues, water damage, etc.) that there was nothing to save, and the detached garage in the back left little useable backyard. To fit the modest budget, LineScapes determined the best course of action was a complete redo and so we designed a beautiful home that sits nicely on the lot. By having the garage attached, not only is it more convient during Minnesota winters, but it also eliminated the long driveway around the house and allows for a proper backyard.
